Epstein completed a concept study for Stonehouse Opportunity Zone Partners, who is building a team to create residential developments for affordable rental housing within Opportunity Zones across the nation.
Our concept study developed the model prototype for a 3-story walk-up residential apartment of four units per level, 12 units per building. Stonehouse intends to roll out a national plan for developments that could provide 120 to 288 units on a given site; they have current LOIs on properties in North Carolina and Florida.
As sites are determined and the program surges forward, Epstein can be expected to provide architecture and engineering services, including civil, structural and MEP.
