Epstein provided design and engineering services to Sensient Technologies for a complete $13 million renovation and existing 66,250 square foot food tasting lab and office building. The original building was also designed by Epstein in 1995 for a company called Quest International.
Epstein's services for Sensients renovation included architectural and interior design of the lab and office areas, as well as partnering with Steve Rosenstein Associates for lab casework design and coordination. Epstein also worked on schematic MEP design and reviewed submittals for the design/build project with Pepper Construction.
