The Prime Corporate Center, a PLN 115mln ($38 million), 96 meter (23-story, with 5 levels of below grade parking) high-rise office building, is located on ul. Grzybowska 78 in Warsaw's Wola district.
Prime was designed by Epstein's Warsaw office in conjunction with Chicago-based architectural firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz.
Prime's anchor tenant is Raiffeisen Polbank, one of Poland's longest operating banks and part of the Austrian Raiffeisen Bank International Group, a leading financial institution in Central and Eastern Europe.
Prime Corporate Center, which was developed by a Golub GetHouse, received its occupancy permit in March 2016 and it is also pursuing BREEAM certification (the European equivalent to LEED). The design scheme was certified BREEAM 2009 Europe Commercial: Offices (Shell only).
