Epstein is providing architect of record and civil engineering services for Peoples Gas Central Shop, a new 2-story, 75,560-square-foot Field Service Center at 4207 W. 35th Place.
Peoples Gas is developing this and other brownfield sites within a former industrial parking lot to a campus, of sorts. The Central Shop facility will complement the company’s existing Peoples Energy Training Center to the north and its soon-to-be-completed Logistics Support facility to the west.
Located west of the intersection of 35th Place and Pulaski, the property was chosen due to its proximity to Peoples Gas customers to improve response times for service calls and emergencies.
