This 450,000-square-foot development features a 6-story retail and amenities podium along with a mixed-use high-rise tower comprised of 260 hotel rooms and 90 residential apartment units.
The building's exterior is sensitive to the community's character and gathered inspiration from the Chicago School architecture style of the late 1800s. Stone, precast and metal are economically arranged throughout the façade to communicate a sense of care and attention to detail, which transcends to the hospitality industry.
Further care was placed at the street level by using well-detailed natural stone and decorative metal, creating an extension of the hotel and condominium guest arrival experience.
