Janusz Lichocki

With Epstein since 1998, Mr. Lichocki is the managing principal of our Warsaw office. Educated in Poland, but with extensive business experience in the United States, Janusz possesses the combination of Western/American business acumen with a local understanding of the unique nature of the real estate community in Poland.

During his tenure at Epstein, Mr. Lichocki has been influential in transforming Epstein's operations and reputation in Poland from a predominately industrial focus to one that is encompasses all facets of Polish development. Under his leadership, Epstein has been involved in numerous high-profile projects in Poland.
