Gail Pollard

Ms. Pollard joined Epstein in 2015, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in marketing and support. Gail is responsible for managing support for the Civil Engineering department, which includes preparing and submitting RFP’s and RFQ’s for IDOT, CDOT, ISTHA and local government agencies. She coordinates marketing efforts for the civil engineering department

Ms Pollard is responsible for producing detailed RFP and RFQ’s, identifying opportunities and initiating marketing strategies. Ms. Pollard is proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. In addition, Gail handles executive calendar management, professional license renewals, travel arrangements and is a State of Illinois notary.
