We are pleased to welcome Tom Maloney to Epstein our new assistant field engineer and member of our construction group.

Tom recently graduated from Marquette University (Go Golden Eagles! Or in Toms case, cause hes ol school Go Warriors!) with a bachelors degree in Civil/Environmental engineering. While attending Marquette Tom interned for two summers with the Illinois Constructors Corporation in Elburn.

Toms first assignment with Epstein is to work on the Daily's Premium Meats Bacon Plant in St. Joseph, Missouri. (Tom, you know the deal with this job right? You get paid in bacon. We know how cool!)

Tom is a native of Riverside, Illinois and in his free-time enjoys swimming, hiking and reading. (Tom favorite book? May we suggest to tie-in with your time on Dailys Bacon: A Love Story) Toms future plans include training for a triathlon while in St. Joseph (might need to watch the bacon intake for that), learning how to surf (BTW very difficult in St. Joe) and eventually taking a sky diving trip.

Once again, welcome to the family Tom! We are very happy to have you with us! And, we promise, no more lame Bacon jokes.
