We are pleased to welcome to Epstein the newest member of our Construction Group Courtney Snyder. Courtney is an assistant project engineer working from our Chicago Headquarters on the construction of the new 650,000 square foot Prestage Foods of Iowa Pork Processing Plant in Eagle Grove, Iowa.

Courtney graduated from Middle Tennessee State University (Go Blue Raiders!) in Murfreesboro with a degree in Construction Management. Before joining Epstein, she spent four years in the U.S. Air Force as a civil engineer where she worked in Japan, Texas and here in southern Illinois at Scott Air Force Base.

Courtney was born and raised just north of Ann Arbor, Michigan, but as a kid her dad would bring her to Wrigley Field once a year for a Cubs game, an annual trip that has made her a life-long Cubs fan. Currently, she enjoys living in Wrigleyville with her girlfriend and their two pretty okay cats Ramsey (7) and Adele (6).

In her spare time, Courtney likes to play Call of Duty, explore the city, cheer on the Cubs as well as Michigan football and the New Orleans Saints. (If you were curious how a young lady from Michigan ends up cheering for the Bayous favorite team, Courtney was a big fan of former saint Reggie Bush and also had a family friend who was a former coach of the Saints, which gave her the opportunity to meet many of the players.) Courtney is really looking forward to this summers baseball season, living in Wrigleyville and enjoying Cubs home games on her back patio.

Once again, welcome to the family Courtney and, as for Ramsey and Adele, maybe their secretly Sox fans & they find you pretty okay as well (ha ha).
