We are pleased to welcome Brad Pausha, our new Senior Project Manager, to Epstein’s DesignBuild group! Since starting, he has primarily been working on two Plumrose projects. Prior to joining Epstein, Brad served as the Senior Associate at Valerio Dewalt Train Associates, Inc., an architecture and design firm based out of Chicago, San Francisco, Palo Alto and Denver.
Brad grew up in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and attended the local high school. He then went to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he received both his B.S. and MArch in architecture. He has always had a passion for designing and then putting things together. It’s actually what led him to pursue architecture and homebrewing (more on that later), as it is the perfect fit of art and science.
For fun, Brad cycles. He impressively rode more than 3,000 miles on his bike this year. On the homebrewing – he has been brewing beer for 10 years and is also a beer judge. I cannot say for sure, but I have it on good authority that he can be persuaded for samples. Brad also enjoys playing golf.
Other tidbits about Brad: He has been married to his wife, Ann, for 31 years; they have one son, Josh, who is 26 and a Chicago Police Officer. Brad is president of the Square Kegs Home Brew Club in Lincoln Square. He is involved with his community parish, where he works on various fundraising activities including running a craft beer festival. Brad has also recently brewed a beer professionally with a local brewery – it will be hitting the store shelves in mid-December. Brad, make sure to let us know where it’s available for purchase so we can offer our support!
His Epstein family should know that Brad really excels at working on complicated and unique projects. He likes to get involved wherever he goes and become part of the community.
Once again, welcome to Epstein, Brad, we are delighted to have you join us!
