We are pleased to welcome Bob Weber, our new Operations Manager, to Epstein’s DesignBuild group! Prior to joining us, Bob served as a project executive at Leopardo Companies for four years and, before that, held various positions at Valenti Builders for 25 years.

Bob grew up in Terre Haute, Indiana and attended Purdue University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in construction management. Bob pursued the AEC industry because the dad of his best friend in high school owned a small construction company, and Bob enjoyed working there in the summers throughout college. In addition to that, and keeping up with his studies, of course, Bob was also involved in Habitat for Humanity while at Purdue.

Outside of work, Bob enjoys playing golf, going sailing, and spending time with family and friends.
