Epstein's transportation industry clients include every major State of Illinois agency, including the Illinois Tollway, Illinois Department of Transportation, Chicago Department of Aviation, Chicago Department of Transportation, Will County Department of Highways, and DuPage County Division of Transportation. We also work with Chicagoland municipalities, such as Evanston, Niles, Northbrook and Skokie.
On the infrastructure side, our clients include leading architectural firms as well as developers like Hines and Riverside Investments.

North Point Marina Recreational Facility

New marina featuring roadways, parking lots and utilities as well as the dredging of 1.4 million cubic yards of earth for the yacht basin and the construction of 1.2 miles of breakwater.
