For the better part of our 100-year history, Epstein’s designers and engineers have specialized in the delivery of highly-functional and aesthetically-pleasing office developments.
These award-winning facilities range from urban high-rise skyscrapers for clients like Hyatt, to prairie headquarters for Serta, to multi-building campus developments for Whirlpool.
Our architects, interior designers and facility engineers have also garnered a reputation for producing commercial environments that push sustainability through energy efficient systems and materials as well as maximizing daylighting techniques to bring natural light throughout spaces.
Examples of these offices can be seen in these spreads, which were taken from our recently published book, The Epstein Story: Our First 100 Years, which covers our history, key personnel, core values, as well as our project experience in various industrial, commercial and civic markets.
