We were founded in 1921 to support the growth of Chicago’s Central Manufacturing District, and in the ensuring 100 years, Epstein has grown into one of the premiere design, engineering and construction firms, delivering industrial facilities across the world.
We take exceptional pride in the facilities that we have delivered to our manufacturing clients, projects that run the gamut from production plants, warehouses/distribution centers, and R&D centers for clients in a multitude of industries.
Examples of these manufacturing facilities can be seen in these spreads, which were taken from our recently published book, The Epstein Story: Our First 100 Years, which covers our history, key personnel, core values, as well as our project experience in various industrial, commercial and civic markets.
