Epstein's team of architects and interior designers deliver inventive interior spaces and system solutions that respond to technological advancements as well as to social and economic change.

Over the past decade, Epstein has planned, designed and/or produced construction documents for millions of square feet of interiors space. Our interiors group services corporations, law firms, public agencies and institutions in all aspects of relocation, consolidation, renovation and expansion.

Industrious Co-Working Space

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS

2018–2020

A 41,500-square-foot full-floor tenant fit-out for one of the leading co-working brands in the United States. The space includes office suites, workstations, lounge spaces, café and galley kitchens.

N. Shure Headquarters

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS

1958

New headquarters for a leader in the catalog mail order industry. The space included a product showroom that displayed a majority of the 25,000 items N. Shure carried in its catalog.

Kohl’s Food Stores Headquarters

WAUWATOSA, WISCONSIN

1959

This 133,000-square-foot headquarters and production facility featured modernist lobby and office space as well as a data processing room.

Design concept centered on the idea of a sheet from one of ASCP’s publications folding around its staff

and was expressed in the white and grey color palette, geometric lines and accent lighting fixtures.

airy and functional while speaking to the character and quality of this global brand.

Corporate Headquarters

HOFFMAN ESTATES, ILLINOIS

1992

New corporate headquarters that houses more than 5,000 employees and features conference

and training space, a merchandise center, and food service operations.
