Over the past decade, Epstein has planned, designed and/or produced construction documents for millions of square feet of interiors space. Our interiors group services corporations, law firms, public agencies and institutions in all aspects of relocation, consolidation, renovation and expansion.

Industrious Co-Working Space
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS
2018–2020
A 41,500-square-foot full-floor tenant fit-out for one of the leading co-working brands in the United States. The space includes office suites, workstations, lounge spaces, café and galley kitchens.
N. Shure Headquarters
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS
1958
New headquarters for a leader in the catalog mail order industry. The space included a product showroom that displayed a majority of the 25,000 items N. Shure carried in its catalog.
Kohl’s Food Stores Headquarters
WAUWATOSA, WISCONSIN
1959
This 133,000-square-foot headquarters and production facility featured modernist lobby and office space as well as a data processing room.
