Kenilworth Apartments

WILMETTE, ILLINOIS

1963

This 11-story condominium building on the shores of Lake Michigan featured five and six room units, underground parking, an outdoor swimming pool, a private beach and lake view balconies.

The Abbey

FONTANA, WISCONSIN

1963

A destination resort featuring 225 guest rooms, multiple restaurants, convention facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a marina with 250 boat slips and an iconic 80-foot-tall timber A-Frame lobby.

Hyatt Regency Chicago

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS

1974

Chicago’s largest hotel with more than 1,000 rooms as well as a three-level, glass enclosed conservatory lobby and atrium featuring a unique rain curtain waterfall.

Landmark Condominiums

VAIL, COLORADO

2007–2009

Renovation and addition comprised of a complete re-cladding of the existing eight-story high-rise tower and a four-story addition over an existing three-story grouping of townhomes.

OneEleven

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS

2011–2014

This 60-story high-rise residential building located along the Chicago River involved modifying and

expanding an existing half-built structure and creating a new high-end luxury apartment building.

Park Plaza Senior Living Facility

Renovation and Expansion

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS

2013–2016

This award-winning synagogue addition was designed to accommodate worshippers within an existing Modern Jewish Orthodox senior retirement facility.
