It’s “sweatah weathah”, which means it’s time for delicious, warm, comforting soups and stews! Epstein's Staffing Initiative Committee hosted a soup and stew cook-off recently which gave each department a chance to wow co-workers with one entry served in the competition. The SIC served up the various creations and provided fall themed beverages in our Chicago office. Over in NYC, it was Architects versus Engineers vying for the top spot.

At the end, the soup or stew with the most votes was awarded bragging rights for the year, and the individual cook won a prize as well! With all the delicious entries, everyone was a winner.

Chicago Winner: Anna Kopp, Interiors with her White Chicken Chili
New York Winner: Jonathan Vega, Architecture with his Lean Green Chicken Chili Cuisine. Team Architecture took back the office trophy from Team Engineering who had won the pie competition previously.
