Seaboard Foods – Triumph Foods July 2017 Construction Progress Update

Here are a few construction progress aerials of the Seaboard Foods Triumph Foods Pork Processing Plant showing that our team is nearing completion on this 860,000 square foot facility in Sioux City, Iowa. This plant, which is located on a 245-acre site, is one of the largest projects weve ever undertaken as a Design-Builder.

The building is scheduled to be completed and begin start-up operations in the near future, but our Design-Build work will not stop, as Seaboard Foods Triumph Foods has hired us to further expand this facility, meaning our construction team will remain on-site for another year completing an addition which will add more storage and distribution capabilities to the plant.
