Seaboard Foods, LLC Office & Security Renovation Construction Progress

Construction started recently for Seaboard Foods, LLC’s Office and Security Renovation in Guymon, Oklahoma. Epstein is providing DesignBuild services for the upgrade and expansion of Seaboard Foods' employee welfare area.

The scope of work includes, among others, an expansion of the cafeteria, expansion of office space, expanded locker room, a new training room and new restrooms.

A new, extended management parking lot is included as well as repair of the existing parking lot. A new, larger guardhouse and security checkpoint will be constructed at the western truck entrance. Demolition included existing office areas to be replaced with an expanded locker room. Additions include a new training room west of the expanded cafeteria, new restrooms to the expanded locker room and to the new office expansion. New concrete pad, walkway and tables in the area east of the new cafeteria will also be added, including fencing and truck access for roof maintenance. With the exception of the new guardhouse, fire protection will be provided for all new areas constructed and the new parking lot addition will have re-tied yard sprinkler systems.
