Tomorrow, October 8th, as part of the Urban Land Institutes 2015 Fall Meeting, Epsteins director of project management, Jason Chandler, AIA, LEED AP, will be serving as a discussion leader on the topic of Reemploying Urban Manufacturing Zones for the 21st Century. Jason is part of program that will explore how under-performing manufacturing assets can be repositioned to serve the needs of 21st century manufacturers and property owners. Specifically, Jason and Geary W. Smith of G&W Electric, will be presenting a case study of an existing Chicago area property, a building that Epsteins architects, engineering and builders renovated and modernized, turning it into G&Ws new LEED-NC Gold headquarters and manufacturing facility.

If you are participating in the ULI Fall Meeting Jasons discussion will take place from 9 to 10:15 am within Room 3002/3004 of San Franciscos Moscone West Convention Center.
