As we continue to establish our presence in Raleigh, we are excited to introduce the talented individuals driving our success. Our team is dedicated to leveraging their expertise to provide comprehensive architecture, engineering, and construction services to the North Carolina Triangle.
Leading the way is Architect David Scott, AIA, who has recently joined the Board of Advisors for Raleigh’s Chamber of Commerce. This role reinforces our commitment to engaging with local stakeholders and contributing to regional growth. With over three decades of architectural design and project management experience, David has successfully handled large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects in the diverse science and technology industries.
Lewis Woods, Epstein’s new Chief Electrical Engineer, brings over 30 years of extensive experience as the engineer of record for numerous projects nationwide, including those in North Carolina. As a Raleigh native, he has a personal investment in serving his home state.
Finally, Patrick Sites has more than a decade of experience as an electrical design engineer. His professional journey encompasses a wide range of projects, from dynamic mixed-use developments to intricate data centers.
Together, David, Lewis, and Patrick embody our commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction as we engage with local stakeholders and contribute to the growth of the Triangle. Supported by a global team of 150 architects and engineers, our Raleigh team is well-equipped to tackle projects that enhance the community.
