Epstein is proud to be a sponsor and panelist for Bisnow’s upcoming Repositioning and Adaptive Reuse event being held in Chicago on May 26th. This gathering, which is bringing together experts in the fields of development, design and construction, will cover office to multi-family conversions, unique building transformations and revitalizing outmoded spaces.

There are three round-table discussions at this event and Epstein’s design director, Patrick Carata, is serving as one of the panelists for ‘Saved by the “Dwell”' a conversation on, “Converting Obsolete Commercial Buildings into Desirable Multifamily.” Patrick is well-suited to talking about this subject having recently developed a creative solution for redeveloping abandoned grain silos, structures that are prevalent throughout the Midwest, and converting them into eye-catching residential developments.
