This week Epstein will be an exhibitor at the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) being held in Atlanta from January 27th through the 29th. The 2015 IPPE, which integrated International Poultry Expo, International Feed Expo, and International Meat Expo in 2013, will bring together more than 1,100 exhibitors and over 25,000 attendees inside the Georgia World Congress Center.

Epstein is attending this event to not only publically profess our love of bacon but also our expertise in the design, engineering and construction of pork processing facilities. Over the past decade Epstein's architects, engineers and construction professionals have helped deliver a multitude of pork production plants for clients like Triumph Foods, Indiana Packers and Smithfield. In addition, currently we have pork processing projects underway for Maple Leaf Foods in Canada, Patrick Cudahy in Wisconsin and Kansas City Sausage in North Carolina.
