We are pleased to be exhibiting today, April 4th through Thursday, April 6th at ProFood Tech, a new biennial event that showcases the latest innovations and technologies for the food and beverage sectors. ProFood Tech is taking place at Chicagos McCormick Place Convention Center from 10 am to 4 pm daily and if you are attending the show come visit us within McCormick Places Lakeside Center in Booth #2755.
Epstein is one of the leading design and construction firms focused on the food industry. Since our founding in Chicago in 1921, we have been associated with landmark projects in the United States and across the globe. Our food industry projects include processing & bottling plants, distribution centers, and product development facilities.
Our engineers, architects and construction staff utilize an integrated process to produce high performance facilities that accommodate our clients operations. And, because we are a full-service organization, we are able to offer our clients a single source for their project requirements.
As part of our participation in ProFood Tech, we are offering visitors an opportunity to see how Epstein is utilizing Virtual Reality (VR) technology to help our clients make better informed decisions about their facilities during the planning and design phase.
Over the past year our engineers have been using VR to help our clients experience their facility before we build it. Through these interactive 3D walking tours we have helped expedite design development, improved design quality and constructability, reduced change orders, and improved plant safety and operability.
At ProFood Tech, our engineers are demonstrating a VR tour of a food processing plant. So if you are attending ProFood Tech and would like to experience how VR can help in the planning and design stage please visit us at Booth #2755 & if you are not at ProFood Tech and you would still like to learn more about how we are utilizing this exciting design tool, feel free to contact Darrin McCormies, our director of industrial process engineering, at (312) 429-8411 or dmccormies@epsteinglobal.com.
