Our Warsaw Office Has a New but Familiar Location

We’ve recently moved our Warsaw office space into a new but very familiar location. A few years ago Epstein worked with Penta Real Estate serving as the executive architect for D48, a Class A 280,000 square foot office building located within Warsaw’s Mokotów District. We enjoyed the experience and project so much that when looking for new office space for our Warsaw operations, we decided to move into D48.

D48 is located at the intersection of Domaniewska and Postepu and features convenient access to public transportation, including trams and bus lines, nearby high-speed railway station, as well as the Warsaw subway. D48 has two distinct facades; an 11-story structure on Domaniewska Street and an 8-story building on Postepu Street. The D48 development also features spacious terraces located on the 7th, 9th and 10th floors which provide grand views of Warsaw’s City Centre as well as a unique spot for Epsteiners to relax or host informal gatherings.

The main entrance to D48 also has a spacious reception lobby accessible off of Postepu Street and also includes outdoor green areas with a landscaped courtyard and furniture as well as bike-friendly facilities such as bicycle racks, changing rooms and showers.

We’re still very much in the move-in stages of this relocation, but here are some photos of D48 shortly after completion so that you can get a sense of the building and what our new location looks like. When we get fully settled, we’ll share images of our space.
