OSF Flavors Updated Interiors Renderings

OSF Flavors, a manufacturing company that creates high quality flavors for the food and beverage industry, needed to expand and upgrade its laboratory facilities in Windsor, Connecticut. To do so, they envisioned a new lab and office area build-out, approximately 20,000 square feet, as an addition to their existing building.

These newly completed renderings of the space offer a view of the interior conceptual design of this expansion. OSF hired Epstein to complete the design and engineering, as well as provide construction management services to oversee the construction of this new space.

OSF’s design goals were to highlight their innovative history and to demonstrate their forward-thinking technological capabilities, proving themselves more advanced than the competition. The space was ultimately designed to attract and retain new talent. For Epstein, this meant creating a plan which focused on ultra-creative elements, emphasizing the modern and open space.
