The Riverview Bridge of the North Branch Riverfront Trail was completed this past November. Having been Epstein designed and engineered, we've enjoyed seeing how the summer weather has opened up the possibilities of utilization for all kinds of Chicagoans.
With this in mind, we asked Mark Ballogg, a long-time Epstein project photographer, to set out and capture new photos of Riverview, specifically focusing on gathering some aerial shots.
We love showcasing this unique view of Riverview and demonstrating how the bridge relates to the city and its surrounding neighborhoods.
These new shots illustrate how this multipurpose bridge is not only completing a critical link in the off-arterial trail, but also has the ability to reintroduce thousands of Chicago residents to the river.
For more beautiful views of Riverview, check out a recent video one of our design professionals, Marcin Rysniak, put together, titled Riverview in Action.
