We are proud to announce the following promotions, all well-deserved personal professional advancements that will help strengthen our operations and help our entire firm achieve our mission of, “serving our clients, empowering our employee-owners, and enhancing our communities.”
Eric Dickerson (DesignBuild) has been promoted to DesignBuild Operations Manager. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager, Eric oversaw project set up, implementation and management while successfully maintaining client relations. As Operations Manager, Eric will expand on his past successes to provide project controls and management across all projects to ensure successful growth. Eric has taken on many challenges over several projects in various stages, and will further expand our DesignBuild approach to our clients, both new and existing.
Laura Rebbe (Architecture) to Associate Director of Architecture and Interiors. Laura joined Epstein in 2015 as an Associate Project Manager and has been serving as Senior Project Manager with Epstein for the last several years, managing important projects in the aviation, education, hospitality, corporate office, residential, retail, and entertainment markets. She is currently managing a mixed use residential and hotel development in Kentucky, and multiple Spirit Airlines projects across the country, to name a few. In addition to managing projects, Laura leads the effort to update company standards and is also active in Epstein’s Staffing Initiative Committee and regularly participates in Epstein Community Foundation charity events such as ACE mentoring. In her new role, she will actively manage the department, working in conjunction with Ed Curley, Epstein’s Director of Architecture and Interiors, with a focus on staffing, quality assurance, training and mentoring.
Bradley Dennis (DesignBuild) has been promoted to Director of Project Management. Bradley has been a key member of the Epstein organization since joining in 2004, serving in a wide variety of roles in our design, construction, DesignBuild, and project management teams. Over the past year, Bradley has taken on a leadership role reviewing project performance and working to improve organizational processes in addition to program and project management.
In addition to these three promotions, our Architecture and Interiors group has three newly announced studio leads – Brad Hartig, Jennifer Heiney, and Andrew Pape.
Brad Hartig (Architecture) has been promoted to Architectural Studio Lead. Brad joined Epstein in 2003 to work on the McCormick Place West Expansion and had the opportunity early on to work on multiple large scale jobs ranging from convention centers, hotels and an automotive assembly plant. He started as a Design Professional and was most recently a Senior Project Architect prior to his promotion. Brad was the Senior Project Architect on the Peoples Gas & Light projects including renovation/addition work and new construction, as well as working with Jushi Holdings, Inc. -- both their dispensary projects and grow facilities. As Studio Lead, Brad will focus on the well-being and success of architectural projects.
Jennifer Heiney (Architecture) has been promoted to Architectural Studio Lead after recently rejoining Epstein. She first joined the firm in 2003 as an Arch I and grew into the role of Senior Project Architect over 15 years. Jennifer has worked on a variety of project types including SC Johnson’s Fortaleza Hall and the Commons, a number of renovation projects at the Edward J. Hines, Jr. VA Hospital Campus and new Pierscape at Navy Pier. In partnership with Brad Hartig, Jennifer will also oversee the progress of the architectural studio including project and team management.
Andrew Pape (Interiors) has been promoted to Interiors Studio Lead. Andrew has been with Epstein since 2017 serving a Project Manager on Epstein’s interior design projects in the retail, commercial and industrial market sectors. In Andrew’s new role, he will be responsible for the management of Epstein’s interiors studio projects – a current portfolio of work that includes dispensaries, office interiors, and research and development facilities.
