In addition, Mennica will feature acoustic insulation, significant daylighting, and access to fresh air from openable panels which will contribute to a healthy and productive working environment.

The Mennica development, which is expected to be complete in 2019, is located in the Central Business District of Warsaw and will feature a 35-story tower located on the south east side of the site and a smaller 10-story building on the west side of the site.
