Epsteins Tim Ozog was recently interviewed by facilitiesnet on the challenges and benefits in designing open plenum* ceilings. Tim was a member of our design team for the recently completed Terminal 5 Concession Program Redevelopment at OHare International Airport, a project that featured a very eye-catching open plenum ceiling.
In this online article Tim discusses the benefit of increasing ceiling height for end users as well as the flexibility in the placement of mechanical systems.
