Before we delve into the Top 20 portion of our Centennial Year countdown of our Top 100 projects, we thought we’d do a little quick recap/overview of the 80 projects we’ve highlighted so far – continuing today with projects 80 through 61.

Once again the incredible diversity and range of project types at Epstein is displayed in full-force for these 20 projects. Not only will you find large DesignBuild projects in the food/beverage production plants (#77 - Continental Coffee Co. & #63 - Steinberg Foods) but also major bottling and powder processing facilities like #70 for Coca-Cola and #67 for Glanbia Performance Nutrition. In addition, you’ll see state-of-art manufacturing facilities for JJ. Tourek (#68) and Alden’s (#66), high-rise office & residential buildings (#72 - LaSalle & Jackson & 65 – OneEleven), major University projects at Northern Illinois University (#79) and University of Illinois and Urbana-Champaign *#73) and also significant cultural facilities like #61 – Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art.
