We are pleased to announce that Eric Pawelek, P.E., has been promoted to Epsteins Director of MEP Engineering! Eric rejoined Epstein in 2018 as our Chief Mechanical Engineer, after first working for us from 1989 to 1994.
Erics nearly 40-year career has been a blend of working for mechanical contractors and A/E or engineering firms. His experience spans a gambit of educational, food and pharmaceutical, government, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, office and multi-family residential and utility infrastructure facilities. Erics favorite and most rewarding project was being involved in the construction of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Childrens Hospital of Chicago.
Additionally, Eric has a sound and diversified knowledge of HVAC engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments whilst developing standards and guides for diverse HVAC engineering activities.
With more than 30 years in engineering consulting and contracting, Eric has the background and experience to provide great leadership and mentoring to our MEP team, said Tom Smiles, P.E., our Director of Engineering.
