Epstein's Romanian office has been named the Architectural Firm of the Year at the 16th annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards Gala & Forum! This is the second time Epstein has won this award.

The SEE Real Estate Awards Gala & Forum is the only event of its kind covering the South Eastern European region. The event brings together the most active international and local developers, bankers, investors, lawyers and other CRE professionals operating in the region.

This year, due to COVID-19, the event was virtual, which resulted in an increased, and more diverse, international attendance.

Across each of our offices, Epstein's architecture teams remain busy with numerous projects, including:

- Dedeman, a multi-phased mixed-use development in Bacau, Romania, for which Epstein is providing full-service design and engineering services;

- The Bridge, an approximately 855,000-square-foot speculative office development located in the Orhideea district of Bucharest. Epstein provided architectural design and full-service engineering services, including concept design, permitting and technical documentation;

- Silk District, a 3 million-square-foot mixed-use development in Iași, Romania. Dubbed the "benchmark for future investments in Romania," it features 1 million square feet of office space and 1.35 million square feet of mid-rise residential.

SEE Awards are presented annually to the region's leading developer, investor and professional service providers in South Eastern Europe for their activities and accomplishments. Companies are judged on their overall market contribution, quality of customer services, market innovation, commercial success, leadership and market penetration.
