Engineering News-Record (ENR) magazine released their Architectural Records Top 300 Firms list, and we are very pleased to report that Epstein was ranked No. 288!
The annual list ranks companies by their architectural revenue from the prior year.
Over the past few years, Epstein has seen significant growth on the architectural side of our business. This increase is due, in part, to the substantial role Epstein plays as a leading Design Builder in the food processing industry. Some of our recent projects in this space include the $335 million Seaboard Triumph Foods facility in Sioux City, Iowa and the 650,000-square-foot Prestage Foods of Iowa processing plant in Eagle Grove, Iowa.
As design architects, Epstein has seen a substantial increase in assignments in Europe, including the Silk District, a mixed-use development in Iasi, Romania, and Olivia Tower in Gdansk, Poland.
Additionally, Epstein is currently providing architect of record services for multiple facilities for Peoples Gas in Chicago, a statewide maintenance facility program for the Illinois Tollway, as well as the 80,000 sq. ft. interior fit-out for KidZania at Illinois Oak Brook Center.
Furthermore, since 2014, Epstein has served as the planners, concept architects and program consultants for the Jacob K. Javits Convention Centers $1.5 billion expansion, providing planning, programming, preliminary design services and owners representative services.
