Over the past few weeks, it has become abundantly clear the significant impact proper personal safety and hygiene has in our daily lives. For the past 100 years, Epstein has been at the forefront of ensuring that constant and stringent food safety and sanitation design procedures are followed in our food industry projects across the globe.
These guidelines are followed to make sure the products our clients make are produced as safely and sanitary as possible, giving their customers confidence in the safety of the food and beverage products they are consuming. With this in mind, Epsteins project manager, Carmen Brown, was interviewed in a recent issue of Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery magazine, discussing how firms like Epstein are improving food safety and sanitation through facility layout and design.
