This past week, March 7th-13th, was Women in Construction Week, a time for companies in the construction industry to highlight the women in their organizations making an impact on the built environment as well as to raise awareness for the opportunities available to women in the field.
At Epstein, we are extremely proud of the women in our firm leading critical components of our construction and DesignBuild efforts as well as providing invaluable support services to our field superintendents and safety team members. These women include: Debbie Sretenovic, DesignBuild senior technical architect; Carmen Brown and Jocelyn Metzger, two of our construction project managers leading large processing and distribution facility developments; and Tamie Williams and Ashanti Carpenter, who ensure our construction team across the U.S. have all the resources required to safely and successfully deliver projects.
Epstein is supportive to the goals identified by the National Association for Women in Construction and helping advance women with their careers in construction. We pledge to continue to strive diversify our team to include more women in the field and in leadership positions in our organization.
