ENR Names Epstein a Top 50 Contractor in Manufacturing

We’re pleased to share Engineering News-Record named Epstein one of its top 400 contractors and that we were also ranked in the top 50 for construction in the manufacturing sector.

Epstein has been providing construction services since the 1950s; much of that work has been as a DesignBuilder for clients in the food, manufacturing and logistics sectors. Over the past decade, Epstein has grown the construction side of our business due to the substantial role our firm plays as a leading builder in the meat processing industry as well as the booming cannabis industry.

Some of our recent projects in the meat processing industry include the $335 million Seaboard Triumph Foods facility in Sioux City, Iowa and the 650,000-square-foot Prestage Foods of Iowa plant in Eagle Grove, Iowa. Currently, we are serving as the DesignBuilder for WholeStone Farms in Fremont, Nebraska, helping them expand and modernize their facility.

In the cannabis industry, Epstein is currently serving as the DesignBuilder for a number of cultivation and manufacturing facilities for clients like Jushi Holdings, Inc., Natures Remedy and Pennsylvania Medical Solutions, LLC across the United States. These projects feature renovations, expansions and new construction.
