The site, located within the Warsaw Central Business District, had many legal restrictions. While overcoming those regulations proved to be challenging, our designers came up with a successful solution. The unique triangle shape of Chmielna 89 was the result of an analysis on the impact on the solar access of the neighboring residential buildings. Furthermore, the development features a transparent façade, comprised of steel, aluminum and large glass panels.
In addition, Chmielna 89 provides 122 parking spaces located within the buildings two-story underground parking garage.

The developers, Cavatina Holding, created a video that showcases Epstein's unique design; the triangle shape that was defined by having a zero-shading-impact on neighboring residential buildings. To watch the short video, please click here.
