For the last few months our New York office has been working on a restoration project at 1441 Broadway. A project that will feature a re-configuration of 56,000 square feet of retail space, a new three-story glass façade, as well as 12,270 square feet of LED signage. The goal of this combined glass façade with LED signage renovation is to give incoming retail tenants brand exposure visible from Madison Square Garden to the Times Square Bowtie. And now these tenants will have a new address, 10 Times Square, to call home one that according to the developers of this project, Winick Realty Group and L.H. Charney Associates, addresses and truly captures the magnitude of the space and confirms 41st Streets status as the true southern border of Times Square."

Heres a link to the announcement of the new 10 Times Square address which appeared in Real Estate Weekly. http://goo.gl/FG0EP6
