Team Epstein recently completed the 2020 Bike to Work Challenge, a two-week biking competition where Chicagoland organizations compete to see who can earn the most points by riding their bike.
Taking place from July 6-19, this year's focus was on riding, whether that be commuting, running errands, or just going for a joy ride. Any ride counted. The challenge, hosted by the Active Transportation Alliance, was presented this year by Keating Law Offices.
Team Epstein biked a total of 1,244 miles during the two week challenge! To give you an idea, that’s two whole round trips from Chicago to St. Louis plus a little change, or the equivalent of saving 1,270 lbs of CO2 from emissions. Our team made a total of 237 trips and placed 29th out of 300 teams for the whole challenge. Way to go, Team Epstein!
